Why we built this

We coached dozens of candidates, sharp Big 4 auditors, finance graduates, corporate finance professionals, who had strong finance foundations but stumbled on the first QoE question. The frustration was always the same: no serious resource covered the real TS deliverables end to end. The best content was scattered across a handful of experts' hard drives. We decided to consolidate it and make it accessible.

Content built from real deal data

Every case study starts from real financial data, sanitised and adapted for training. Every EBITDA, Net Debt and Working Capital adjustment is documented with the rationale a senior analyst would expect in an interview setting. The Excel models are the ones used on real Financial Due Diligence engagements, not academic templates. The programme is updated every month with new cases and adjustments to stay current with the market.

Who builds the programme

The team behind Transaction Services Training is made up of former Transaction Services professionals from Big 4 and M&A boutique firms. We have run Financial Due Diligence engagements on transactions ranging from a few million to several billion euros. We have hired TS analysts. We know exactly what is expected in interviews because we have been on the other side of the table.
