The training product

The actual training is sold and delivered via our training platform; see the checkout page for terms specific to the course purchase.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing contact@transactionservicestraining.com.

Because the course is delivered digitally and in full upon purchase, this guarantee applies only while the course has not been substantially consumed. A refund request is honoured when, at the time of the request, you have completed less than 30% of the published course lessons.

Beyond 30% completion, the course is considered substantially used and the purchase becomes non-refundable. This condition exists solely to prevent abuse (completing the material, then requesting a refund) and does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply to you.
